Job Description
Project Manager managing IT service initiatives for Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation. Focused on IT Service Management and stakeholder alignment in the public sector.
Responsibilities:
- Managing complex IT initiatives with a strong emphasis on **IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow, cloud migrations, and SaaS implementations**
- Ensuring organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and effective change management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an **IT Project Manager**, preferably within a **government or public-sector environment**
- Demonstrated delivery experience with one or more of the following:
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- ServiceNow implementations or enhancements
- Cloud migration initiatives
- SaaS implementations
- Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a **Reliability Status** security clearance****
