Job Description

Project Manager managing IT service initiatives for Canada Deposit Insurance Corporation. Focused on IT Service Management and stakeholder alignment in the public sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex IT initiatives with a strong emphasis on **IT Service Management (ITSM), ServiceNow, cloud migrations, and SaaS implementations**
  • Ensuring organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and effective change management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an **IT Project Manager**, preferably within a **government or public-sector environment**
  • Demonstrated delivery experience with one or more of the following:
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • ServiceNow implementations or enhancements
  • Cloud migration initiatives
  • SaaS implementations
  • Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a **Reliability Status** security clearance****
