Job Description

Project Manager delivering clinical trial implementations for Castor’s cloud-based research platform. Guiding customers, milestones, data quality, risk, and study delivery across implementation phases.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure individual study milestones are met while maintaining high data quality
  • Act as a bridge and consultant to customers
  • Drive project delivery across all phases of a study
  • Ensure strategic objectives are met and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Perform assurance activities concerning the availability, integrity, and confidentiality of customer, business partner, employee, and business information
  • Guide clients through complex project plans
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and high-level consultant to clients
  • Navigate project risks, identify downstream impacts, and architect solutions
  • Plan, lead, facilitate, and document effective meetings
  • Collaborate remotely using deep-work and asynchronous communication practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Understanding of EDC/CDMS, eConsent, and eCOA solutions and services
  • Customer-focused approach with strong ethics and integrity
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to plan, lead, facilitate, and document effective meetings
  • Collaborative, resourceful, can-do attitude and appetite to learn and grow
  • Understanding of ICH-GCP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and relevant GXP Regulations and Guidances
  • Ability to manage a high volume of lower-complexity studies
  • Ability to guide clients through complex project plans
  • Ability to shift from process following to solution leading and apply critical thinking
  • Ability to remain effective amid shifting priorities, rapid change, or undefined project parameters
  • Ability to proactively identify risks and downstream impacts
  • Ability to collaborate remotely and work asynchronously
  • Preferred: understanding of medical terminology in the clinical trials space
  • Preferred: ability to understand clinical protocols and translate them into client requirements/scope
  • Preferred: knowledge of data management processes, including SAE reconciliation, external data vendor reconciliation, local laboratory data, and new technology
  • Preferred: PMP, PRINCE2, or other Project Management certification
  • Preferred: life science, IT, or another suitable degree
  • Must be able to work within +2/-2 CET
