Job Description
Remote Project Manager at Tam Kỳ Project aiming to enhance quality of life for children in rural Vietnam. Overseeing and ensuring successful delivery of impactful projects for beneficiaries.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they align with our organisation's mission.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, international charity partners, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage budgets, and track key performance indicators to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
- Prepare and present regular, detailed progress reports to the leadership team.
- Foster strong working relationships with all project stakeholders to encourage collaboration and ensure shared goals are met.
- Maintain thorough and accurate project documentation for accountability and future reference.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Project Manager, ideally within the non-profit or international development sector.
- Exceptional organisational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with remote and culturally diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- A recognised project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) would be a significant advantage.
