Job Description
Learning & Development Project Coordinator facilitating logistics for a global training initiative at a medical device company. Self-motivated role focusing on tracking and supporting program participants.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics of program training.
- Maintain calendar and track participants attendance.
- Ensure timely delivery of training materials.
- Act as subject matter resource for program questions.
- Provide support to participants for attendance and logistics.
- Maintain required employee training records.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience.
- Must possess organizational skills, teamwork, self-motivation, and flexibility.
- Basic technical skills including proficiency in Excel.
