Responsibilities:
- Provides Project Management support for assigned medium to large sized projects
- Successfully planning, executing and delivering one or more concurrent medium/large projects
- Takes ownership for delivering project objectives and deliverables
- Drives project execution within established scope, schedule, resource and quality requirements
- Define, communicate and deliver project scope, goals and deliverables
- Creating and organizing project work, required documents and deliverables for validation and compliance traceability
- Creating a project governance process
- Identifying the resources required to successfully complete the objectives of assigned projects
- Leading project teams in accordance with established EPMO and BD project management methodologies
- Provides timely and effective project communications
- Identifying and reporting risks and planning appropriate mitigation activities
- Creating management reports and presentations to keep project sponsor and other leaders and stakeholders up to date
- Manages project risks and issues, ensuring their timely mitigation and resolution
- Planning and executing change management activities related to each assigned project
- Supports EPMO management in refining project management practices
Requirements:
- Project Management background
- Need GDPR Privacy and Service Max and/or SFDC Experience
- Project management experience in Need GDPR Privacy and Service Max and/or SFDC Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study with a minimum of 6 years working for a large global manufacturing company
- Formal project management training plus minimum of 10 years’ work experience in a large global manufacturing company managing medium sized global projects
- Very strong organizational, project planning, scheduling and risk management skills and demonstrated experience using project management tools
