Job Description

Project Manager overseeing client artwork management and production workflows for a life sciences company. Responsible for project plans, specifications compliance, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and maintain artwork files within the client’s artwork management system
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with specifications
  • Upload, organize, and track artwork assets throughout the project lifecycle
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any artwork-related issues within the DAM system
  • Provide training and support to both internal and external teams on workflow system usage
  • Enforce adherence to client-specific style guides
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and SGX
  • Clearly communicate project requirements, timelines, and feedback
  • Monitor project progress and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Coordinate artwork approvals and revisions
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution
  • Capture and manage a repository of client nuances, brand assets, and standard processes
  • Verify all technical specifications and supplied data align with project requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience in project management, artwork production, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of artwork production processes and workflows
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Preferred: Experience in packaging, printing, or life sciences industries
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Skilled in redlining with exceptional attention to detail
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
  • Fluency in other EMEA languages is a plus but not essential
