Job Description
Project Manager overseeing client artwork management and production workflows for a life sciences company. Responsible for project plans, specifications compliance, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain artwork files within the client’s artwork management system
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with specifications
- Upload, organize, and track artwork assets throughout the project lifecycle
- Troubleshoot and resolve any artwork-related issues within the DAM system
- Provide training and support to both internal and external teams on workflow system usage
- Enforce adherence to client-specific style guides
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and SGX
- Clearly communicate project requirements, timelines, and feedback
- Monitor project progress and ensure all deadlines are met
- Coordinate artwork approvals and revisions
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution
- Capture and manage a repository of client nuances, brand assets, and standard processes
- Verify all technical specifications and supplied data align with project requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in project management, artwork production, or a related field
- Strong understanding of artwork production processes and workflows
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Preferred: Experience in packaging, printing, or life sciences industries
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Skilled in redlining with exceptional attention to detail
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Fluency in other EMEA languages is a plus but not essential
