Job Description
Leader managing IT projects and initiatives for a company promoting digital transformation. Responsible for delivering ITSM solutions using ServiceNow with a focus on alignment to PMBOK.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of IT initiatives focused on ITSM on the ServiceNow platform.
- Plan, estimate, manage risks, and control scope.
- Ensure alignment with PMBOK and business objectives.
- Coordinate technical teams and stakeholder communications.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) using ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Program and Project Management.
- Experience in estimating, planning, risk management, scope management, and applying the PMBOK® Guide.
- Knowledge of APIs (Scripted REST API) and scripting in ServiceNow (Script Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules).
- Experience with Workflow, Flow Designer, Scheduled Jobs, and script usage.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (ACLs, UI Policies, tables and views).
