Job Description

Finance Leader managing finance trading activities and compliance for GE Vernova in the subregion. Leading financial planning, analysis, reporting, and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the finance activities for the trading subregional scope, which includes but not limited to closing, monitoring project and Sales Order creations
  • Drive accuracy of Backlog closing data from a Volume & Unit standpoint as well as correct margin converting in the income statement
  • Lead and coordinate with region on quarterly Project Reviews, reviewing operational performance
  • Propose and support enhancement of local processes, drive simplification and spread lean mindset
  • Report actual results to site and region leadership in timely manner adopting and leveraging automated central reporting
  • Provide guidance to team members, and other company departments.
  • Lead with principles. Mentorship in the development of other team members in the Finance organization.
  • Analyze financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insight to drive improvements.
  • Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of total experience in operations, project management, or service management, preferably in the power or utility sector.
  • FMP graduate or minimum 3 years experience in finance role.
  • In depth knowledge of SAP, Tableau.
  • Fluent English.
