Job Description

Governance & Investment Review Board Analyst at IMS, specializing in federal governance boards and healthcare consulting. Managing IRBs, documentation, budgeting, and financial compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the scheduling, documentation, and management of the IRBs, governance training, and SharePoint repository to include development and maintenance of workflows required for FPAC governance support.
  • Develops agendas, maintains the agenda backlog, drafts meeting minutes, tracks action item, and prepares other technical documentation.
  • Maintains Charters, Policies, Processes, Procedures, and Templates.
  • Facilitates Out-of-Cycle votes and coordination of budget reviews.
  • Supports business units in defining, compiling, and submitting IT budget requests.
  • Attends IRB meetings and tracks approved, denied, and on hold IT spend-items.
  • Reviews MS Excel reports from budgeting groups and compares multiple iterations of Spend Plan reports.
  • Maintains KPI reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting federal governance boards, USDA experience preferred
  • In depth knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and IT Governance-related disciplines.
  • Expertise with MS Office, governance documentation, and SharePoint administration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to adapt communication style to effectively work with multiple levels within an organization
  • Experience preparing high visibility, executive level presentation materials.
