Job Description
Workday Financial Senior Consultant delivering Workday Financial solutions and implementations, leading client conversations and mentoring junior consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client requirements and design sessions independently.
- Configure and deliver Workday Financial solutions.
- Support and guide consultants on project work under architect leadership.
- Mentor junior team members within the FINS practice.
- Proactively support leadership and contribute to internal team initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Workday Financial configuration experience
- Workday implementation/project experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
