Job Description
Analista de Compras conduzindo aquisição de materiais e fornecedores para a Principia, empresa da indústria cosmética. Estruturando KPIs, dashboards e análises de custos, prazos e desempenho.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the procurement process for production materials (raw materials, packaging, inputs) and indirect materials (MRO, services, administrative and operational support supplies)
- Build, automate and maintain Purchasing KPIs, such as savings, delivery lead time, supplier service level, inventory turnover, order fulfillment rate, and price trends by category
- Design dashboards and management reports to support leadership decision-making
- Propose and enhance the monitoring of department results, standardizing metrics and automating data collection
- Support import processes and operations with domestic and international suppliers, when applicable
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, International Trade or related fields
- Previous experience in procurement/supply chain, preferably in an industrial environment: cosmetics, pharmaceutical or chemical
- Knowledge of negotiation, supplier management and procurement processes for production and indirect materials
- Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables
- Analytical, organized and proactive profile, with data-driven reasoning and strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI, advanced Excel/Power Query or Google Data Studio is a plus
- Experience or knowledge of the cosmetics and/or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, MM (Materials Management) module is a plus
- Experience or knowledge of import procedures via a customs broker is a plus
- Knowledge of tax legislation applicable to procurement is a plus
