Job Description
Mid Backend Developer specializing in Python, contributing to scalable backend services for a platform. Collaborating with teams to deliver reliable and high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the implementation of core backend functionality that supports daily user interactions.
- Develop, maintain, and support backend services for our platform.
- Use Python/Django to build and enhance REST-based microservices.
- Support deployment of application components to AWS.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product owners to develop, test, and deploy code to production.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of ownership, testing, and continuous learning.
- Assist in investigating, diagnosing, and resolving application issues.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in backend development with Python/Django.
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and exposure to orchestration frameworks such as ECS, EKS, AKS, GKE, or similar.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Basic experience monitoring and debugging applications in production environments.
- Understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
