Job Description
Qualitative Research Operations Specialist providing logistical and administrative support for qualitative research projects. Managing operational tasks to ensure smooth project execution with coordination of vendors and participant logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Provides logistical and administrative support across multiple qualitative research projects
- Manages operational tasks to ensure projects run smoothly
- Coordinates vendors, schedules, and participant logistics
- Supports both virtual and in-person fieldwork
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in mid-level roles
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Tech-savvy
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with participant management
- Proficiency in Zoom/Teams/Google Meet
