Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant développant une activité de conciergerie immobilière ALB à Chambéry. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et constitution d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Establish and develop the concierge business in your local area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
Requirements:
- Self-employed status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trust with them
- Motivation and ability to develop an entrepreneurial business
- Interest in working independently with the support of a structured network
- Desire to build a recurring long-term income
