Job Description
Regional Manager of Hotel Analytics driving financial operations within Hyatt hotels. Collaborating with property-level finance teams to enhance profitability and operational performance.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hotel Directors of Finance and General Managers to support financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
- Assist in resolving property-level control issues and ensuring compliance with internal policies and management agreements.
- Conduct monthly financial reviews and trend analysis across assigned hotels.
- Support the Regional Director of Finance and Operations leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to Hyatt’s accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
- Work closely with regional and corporate teams in finance, tax, legal, HR, and operations to address hotel-specific needs.
- Contribute to talent development efforts by mentoring finance leaders and supporting succession planning initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or non-related field with appropriate experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive hotel finance experience, including property-level leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to travel regionally as required (40%-50%).
