Job Description
Grant Manager leading the full grant life-cycle including research and proposal development for Launch Global. Collaborating across teams to ensure effective grant stewardship.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full grant life-cycle, including research, proposal development, submission, reporting, and renewals.
- Write persuasive, data-informed grant proposals, LOIs, and related communications.
- Ensure all communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational priorities.
- Collaborate across teams and divisions to gather data, track deadlines, and align messaging.
- Build and maintain relationships with funding partners, providing timely updates and reports.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and strong stewardship across all grant efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of grant opportunities, submissions, deadlines, and reporting requirements.
- Contribute written content across digital and print platforms, and actively engage prospective funding organizations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of nonprofit grant writing or major donor communication experience
- Experience working on a communications and/or development team
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
