Job Description

Regional Sales Director managing offshore investment offerings for Virtus Investment Partners. Engaging with advisors and intermediaries to build relationships and drive sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Virtus as a subject matter expert demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of its offshore mutual funds (UCITS) and separately managed accounts.
  • Develop new relationships and maintain existing relationships with advisors.
  • Lead sales initiatives with intermediaries in a defined territory.
  • Identify client needs and coordinate efforts to serve assigned intermediaries.
  • Conduct sales/product training meetings for assigned territories.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Eight or more years of experience with strong sales skills, product knowledge and established relationships within assigned territory and channel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Motivated and energetic with strong project management skills and the ability to operate autonomously.
  • Required licenses: Series 7 and Series 63 or 66.
  • U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency.
