Job Description
Oversee regional sales and dealer relationships for fire truck manufacturer E-ONE. Achieve sales and margin objectives while facilitating dealer success and market intelligence development.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure company sales and margin objectives are achieved in accordance with the business plan
- Build and establish successful long-term relationships with dealers in designated area
- Locate and recommend new dealers that meet company expectations
- Facilitate dealer success in growing vehicle sales
- Develop market intelligence for designated areas
- Report on economic conditions by territory and identify both shortfalls and opportunities
- Execute the sales, marketing plans, and overall strategies as determined by the VP of Sales & Marketing
- Assist in coordinating trade show participation and dealer conferences
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- B.S. Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience developing and executing sales/marketing programs
- Proven background of meeting business plan sales volume and margin objectives
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
- Excellent communication, time management, teamwork, and negotiation skills
