Job Description
Regional Sales Manager driving market presence in Northern Italy for global AV solutions leader. Focused on business development, account management, and strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional growth strategy to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
- Identify and engage new end customers across target verticals.
- Promote Kramer technologies as strategic solutions rather than standalone products.
- Generate, qualify, and develop new business opportunities directly or through channel partners.
- Establish strategic partnerships (planning offices, system houses, integrators, consultants) to expand market reach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and develop the regional channel ecosystem in line with growth objectives.
- Support partners throughout the project lifecycle, from opportunity generation to implementation.
- Collaborate with the technical department to ensure high service standards and successful solution delivery.
- Lead pre-sales activities and engage directly with customers.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, translating them into high-value integrated solutions.
- Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across the supply chain.
- Prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience, focusing on new business and complex client relationships.
- Proven experience selling integrated solutions in the AV and/or IT industry.
- Established network within AV/IT channels and end-user ecosystem.
- Experience managing projects through direct and indirect sales models.
- Analytical mindset with strong commercial judgment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus) and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
