Job Description
Regional Sales Manager developing tailored solutions for healthcare partnerships. Focusing on eye health and customer engagement at Ocumeda.
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition and development of business relationships
- Identification and acquisition of potential key accounts
- Development of existing customer relationships
- Independently negotiate and close contracts
- Close collaboration with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams
- Share your experience to support team development
- Embody the company's values in daily work
Requirements:
- Experience in optometry/optical retail, medical technology, or healthcare
- Ideally vocational training or a completed degree (e.g., optometry/opticianry, health sciences, business administration, or a related field)
- Professional experience in account management or sales management
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, account management, and expanding business relationships
- Structured, data-driven, and focused
- Comfortable managing your sales territory independently
- Willingness to travel (approx. 80%)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
- Valid driver's license (class B / car)
