Job Description

Regional Sales Manager driving sales solutions within Custom Residential Installer market at a top audiovisual manufacturer. Requires strong knowledge of IP and AV technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • The RSM – Professional Residential will be responsible for driving sales solutions within the Custom Residential Installer market.
  • Must have a solid understanding of IP and wireless networking, end-point management and routing/switching as it applies to AV, access control, security cameras and home automation.
  • Familiar with resi AV control systems such as Control 4, Josh.ai, Alexa, Savant and Crestron (sometimes Crestron Home, but usually the commercial version for very large projects).
  • Align with Product Management to assure Product / Market fit: Assess key product developments, pricing, and profitability.
  • Ensure alignment with the Channel Chief for inclusion in the Partner Program.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in sales and/or business development within the professional residential market or a related industry
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and partner ecosystems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
  • Proven ability to drive alignment between sales activities and company objectives
  • Recognized as a Next Generation Seller
  • Experience in selling network or AV-over-IP technologies is a plus.
