Job Description
Regional Sales Manager at MESO delivering mobile equipment service, focusing on sales strategy and customer relationships across Southeast US.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow MESO’s customer base across the Southeast
- Identify and secure new business through cold outreach, jobsite visits, referrals, and industry networking
- Serve as an active field presence, traveling throughout the region to meet customers and support sales initiatives
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet managers, operations leaders, and decision-makers
- Lead contract discussions and close service agreements aligned with company growth goals
- Partner closely with operations and leadership to ensure smooth onboarding and strong customer satisfaction
- Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records including pipeline activity, forecasting, and reporting
- Represent MESO at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows
Requirements:
- Five or more years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet services, mobile repair, construction equipment, diesel service, or related industries
- Lives in one of the states, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Florida
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage a multi-state sales territory
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
- Ability to communicate effectively with both executive leadership and frontline operations teams
- Willingness to travel approximately 75 percent across NC, SC, GA, and FL
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track sales performance
