Job Description

Regional Sales Manager overseeing sales and business development in the US. Leading strategic initiatives and managing relationships in a remote capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating sales region’s business plan
  • Executing activities to reach sales targets
  • Managing and developing territory including targeting companies
  • Engaging technical decision makers for sales
  • Driving business intelligence activities
  • Managing independent sales reps within territory
  • Effectively following up on leads to turn them into buying customers
  • Traveling 50% of the time, mostly in the West Region of the US

Requirements:

  • more than 6 years of successful history in high value sales management environment
  • strategic thinking

  • strong decision-making skills
  • strong customer focus
  • creative, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated
  • strong technical aptitude
  • electrical engineering / mechanical engineering / chemical engineering background or experience with industrial heating, electrification, or semiconductor industries
