Job Description
Registration Coordinator managing client registration services across multiple accounts for event technology. Collaborating with teams to deliver quality registration sites and customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for client registration service needs across a portfolio of moderately complex accounts.
- Test websites and internal applications for functionality and quality control; proof confirmations, tickets, and registrant communications.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather website specifications and deliver to IT for build.
- Provide customer service support, including data entry instructions and financial processing information.
- Assist with scheduling production jobs for ticketing, credentialing, collation, and mailings.
- Manage workload within project budget hours and provide weekly status reports.
- Support onsite services and contribute to final event preparations.
Requirements:
- College degree or equivalent work experience (Business or Hospitality degree a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask
- Professional communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of HTML
- Experience working with registration platforms or event technology systems
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Workday for training and documentation
