Job Description

Relocation Specialist managing Cyprus immigration and relocation cases for Sumsub’s digital trust platform. Coordinating authorities, vendors, employees, and family immigration processes end-to-end.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver end-to-end relocation management for employees, candidates, and family members
  • Handle Cyprus cases directly through local authority filings and communications
  • Assess case requirements, select immigration routes, set timelines, and process applications through resolution
  • Monitor permit expiration dates, identify compliance risks or delays, and track legal updates
  • Serve as the main employee liaison
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, immigration providers, and embassies
  • Coordinate inputs from HR Admin, Payroll, TA, Travel, and hiring managers
  • Support overlapping HR Operations tasks
  • Maintain immigration records, case trackers, country guidance, and operational checklists
  • Drive new-country expansion projects
  • Simplify, standardize, and automate relocation workflows

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience managing high volume of immigration and relocation cases
  • Strong knowledge of Cyprus requirements
  • Experience working with immigration authorities and/or external immigration providers
  • Good understanding of visas, residence and work permits, registrations and family immigration
  • Ability to interpret and apply legislation and official guidance
  • Strong case-management and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
  • Ability to identify risks, solve operational issues and escalate appropriately
  • Clear communication with employees, internal stakeholders and external providers
  • Fluency in English, Greek, and Russian languages
