Job Description
Contract repair technician servicing fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and smart home gyms. Providing final-mile home repair and customer care for high-end consumer-goods brands.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness equipment and similar products
- Repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Read and follow manufacturer's manuals and repair instructions
- Build products to manufacturer specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service during home repair services
Requirements:
- Experience and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Ability to read and comprehend manufacturer's manuals and repair instructions
- Must have own transportation to and from repair sites
- Must own hand and power tools
- Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
- Must comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements
- DOT/MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
- Must comply with state laws for the vehicle used to complete work
- Must pass background and drug screens
- Must pass MVR screening for driving contractors
