Job Description
Contract repair technician troubleshooting and repairing fitness equipment, wine coolers, and massage chairs. Providing final-mile home repair services for high-end consumer-goods companies through AIT Home Delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Read and follow manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions
- Build products to manufacturer specifications
- Provide exceptional customer service during home repair services
- Perform contracted repair work for high-end consumer-goods companies through AIT Home Delivery
Requirements:
- Repair contractor for fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar products
- Ability to read and comprehend manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions
- Must have own transportation to and from repair sites
- Must own hand and power tools
- Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
- Must comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements
- DOT/MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs
- Must comply with state laws for the vehicle used to complete work
- Background and drug screens required for all contractors, including helpers
- MVR required for driving contractors
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Tech savvy with a mobile phone
- Excellent communication skills
