Job Description
Contract repair technician servicing fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and smart home gyms. Delivering in-home assembly, repairs, and customer service for AIT Home Delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Perform final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods in customers' homes
- Provide fast and reliable home services for high-end companies delivering goods directly to consumers
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Travel to repair sites using personal transportation
Requirements:
- Repair experience with fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar products
- Ability to read and comprehend manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions
- Own transportation to and from repair sites
- Own hand and power tools
- Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
- Comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements
- DOT/MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
- Comply with applicable state vehicle laws
- Pass background and drug screens
- Pass an MVR screening for driving contractors
- Tech savvy with a mobile phone
- Excellent communication skills
