Job Description
Nationwide repair contractor servicing fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and smart home gym systems. Providing in-home assembly and repairs for AIT Home Delivery’s high-end clients.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Provide final delivery, assembly, and/or repair of consumer goods in customers' homes
- Build products to manufacturer specifications
- Provide fast, reliable home services for high-end companies and their customers
Requirements:
- Repair contractors for fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products
- Knowledge and ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar products
- Ability to read and comprehend manufacturers' manuals and repair instructions
- Own transportation to and from repair sites
- Own hand and power tools
- Experience and mechanical aptitude to build products to manufacturer specifications
- Must have an EIN (federal tax ID)
- Comply with insurance and vehicle registration requirements
- DOT/MC numbers may be required for GVWR over 10,000 lbs.
- Comply with state laws for the vehicle being used
- Must pass background and drug screens
- Driving contractors must undergo an MVR check
- Commitment to exceptional customer service
- Tech savvy with a mobile phone
- Excellent communication skills
