Job Description
Debt Consultant guiding high-debt customers through Achieve’s personalized debt resolution solutions. Managing consultative sales pipelines and closing financial enrollment opportunities remotely in Texas.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment
- Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture
- Explain debt resolution strategies, program structure, and expected outcomes
- Guide customers through emotionally and financially complex decisions
- Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often within 1–2 calls
- Prioritize opportunities and execute targeted follow-up to maximize conversion
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Build trust with customers in high-stress financial situations
- Lead complex, consultative sales conversations and guide customers toward decisions
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales
- Preference for consultative or financial sales environments
- Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment
- Strong ability to navigate emotional and analytical conversations
- Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively
- Confidence discussing financial situations, trade-offs, and long-term outcomes
- High School diploma or equivalent
- High-speed internet/fiber broadband connection
- Availability for Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday day shifts
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts between 7:00am and 9:00pm CDT
