Job Description
Remote client development consultant building relationships and generating enquiries for an international online education organisation. Independent, flexible, performance-based work for Canadian professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective clients through online and digital channels
- Respond to enquiries and conduct structured introductory conversations
- Ask questions to understand individual goals and motivations
- Introduce suitable educational programs and resources
- Develop and maintain professional relationships
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients
- Implement established digital marketing strategies to generate enquiries
- Participate in regular online training and professional development
- Manage own priorities, activity and results
- Manage own schedule and work independently in a self-directed environment
Requirements:
- Approximately 15–20 hours per week to dedicate consistently
- Strong spoken and written English
- Reliable internet access
- Confidence using everyday online technology
- Legal right to work in Canada
- Experience or skills in sales and business development, account or relationship management, customer experience, management and team leadership, consulting, HR or recruitment, learning and development, or other people-focused professional environments
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong, consistent work ethic
- Ability to set goals and work without constant supervision
- Ability to take responsibility for own results
- Willingness to learn new digital and marketing skills
- Not suitable for students or those seeking traditional salaried employment
