Job Description
Retail Consultant ensuring maximum support for retail clients. Driving adoption and enhancing customer satisfaction with Focal's AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure our retail partners receive exceptional day-to-day support.
- Own the onboarding process and ongoing engagement with stores.
- Drive change management and adoption during onboarding.
- Proactively address customer challenges and prioritize enhancement requests.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to quantify improvements in store operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- You possess mid or senior-level experience within the retail sector, ideally in grocery.
- 5+ years in a retail technology client-facing role in customer success, account management, consulting, project management, change management, or onboarding / training.
