Job Description
Retail Sales Manager educating customers and driving sales in Mexican crypto retail market. Engaging clientele and representing CoinFlip in Mexico City's new crypto center.
Responsibilities:
- Drive Growth & Sales
- Engage every customer who walks in — educate, build trust, and close the sale.
- Hit and exceed sales targets by generating repeat business, referrals, and local excitement.
- Spot opportunities for growth and take action.
- Act as the in-store crypto expert and trusted guide.
- Deliver a smooth, friendly, and transparent experience every time.
- Build long-term relationships that create loyal, returning customers.
- Handle compliant and accurate transactions with care and precision.
- Keep the store running smoothly, organized, and visually sharp.
- Maintain logs of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activity.
- Represent CoinFlip at local events, meetups, and community activities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced startup-esque environment.
- Ability to adapt to changes and embrace innovation in the evolving crypto landscape.
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.
- General passion and knowledge of fintech and cryptocurrency.
