Job Description
Technical expert and deployment leader for TASKI’s robotic cleaning solutions providing technical guidance to sales teams. Ensuring TASKI robots deliver outstanding performance and customer satisfaction through pilot stage to full deployment.
Responsibilities:
- provide technical guidance to sales teams during customer meetings and tenders
- perform on-site and virtual robot demonstrations
- conduct detailed site assessments
- support ROI calculations, solution architecture, and technical elements of proposals
- translate customer pain points into optimized robotic workflows
- act as the technical lead for enterprise-scale deployments
- train Key customer teams on operating, maintaining, and managing TASKI robots
- maintain accurate reports on site surveys, deployments, incidents, and robot configurations
Requirements:
- technical expert and deployment leader for TASKI’s robotic cleaning solutions
- advanced technical knowledge in robotics
- ability to simplify complex robotics concepts for customers and salespeople
- strong problem-solving mindset and structured thinking
- willingness to travel frequently
- ability to troubleshoot advanced robotics, electrical systems, and firmware
