Job Description
Field Engineer Technical Consultant at Otis improving elevator performance and productivity. Providing on-site troubleshooting and managing upgrades while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Responsibilities:
- Provide troubleshooting, adjustment, and repair support and guidance to field offices for both Otis and non-Otis products
- Manage product/component upgrades, repairs, retrofits, and developing technical information
Requirements:
- BS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of Otis / Elevator industry experience
- Field experience is a must
- Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various elevator products including the ability to do so remotely
