Job Description

Sales & Admission Counsellor role for Accounting Baba, managing student enrolment and admission processes remotely. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, counselling, and coordinating with the Surat branch team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete student enrolment and admission lifecycle
  • Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries via phone (Hindi & English)
  • Conduct needs-based admission counselling and recommend suitable training programs
  • Execute structured follow-ups to move leads through the sales and admissions funnel
  • Schedule and coordinate campus visits with the Surat branch
  • Drive post-visit engagement to close admissions
  • Follow up on fees collection in coordination with the accounts team
  • Manage admission documentation and student onboarding processes
  • Support training operations with student coordination and batch scheduling
  • Maintain accurate and real-time data in Zoho CRM
  • Record call outcomes, follow-up schedules, visit status, and conversion stages
  • Submit daily activity reports and weekly performance summaries

Requirements:

  • 1 Year Experience in tele-sales, inside sales, education counselling, or customer advisory roles
  • Fluent in spoken and written Hindi; basic English understanding required
  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred)
  • Strong follow-up discipline and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Dedicated home workspace with stable high-speed internet
  • Comfortable using digital collaboration and sales tools
  • Available for full working hours with camera-on team meetings
