Job Description

Sales Representative for AI education programs enhancing B2B competitiveness. Engaging businesses through phone sales and scheduling qualified consultations for training.

Responsibilities:

  • You proactively contact target companies (target group: CEOs and managing directors) by phone and excite them about our AI Leader training program (you use our lead list or independently research suitable companies).
  • You identify the concrete AI needs, clearly present the benefits of our training, and schedule qualified consultation appointments for our closing team.
  • You document call outcomes in the CRM system and contribute your sales experience to optimizing our processes.
  • You act as the first point of contact for inbound leads who have booked an introductory meeting via our website.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of proven experience in successful B2B cold calling by phone — you have demonstrably picked up the phone and achieved results.
  • Strong communicator, persistent, and enthusiastic about professional selling.
  • Self-motivated and structured — you organize your own success from a home office.
  • Future-oriented: you want to be part of a solid educational initiative for Artificial Intelligence and actively help companies secure their competitiveness.
  • Remote-first: you have solid technical knowledge and a professional setup (microphone, camera, lighting) for video calls.
