Job Description
Manager of Sales and Marketing Development optimizing sales and marketing processes for Ed-Tech company. Focused on lead generation, nurturing opportunities, and pipeline management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the use of sales tools such as GovSpend, Hubspot, and reporting systems
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards, reports, and analytics to track team performance
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, program, partnerships, and other cross-functional teams
- Generate new leads through research, outbound campaigns, and networking
- Assist in RFP process from identification to submission
- Nurture early-stage opportunities and manage the pipeline
- Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
- Support sales forecasting, territory planning, and quota setting
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in Ed-Tech or non-profit sales enablement, marketing development, or a related sales support role
- Strong proficiency with Hubspot
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and process improvement
- Experience in lead generation, prospect qualification, and pipeline management.
