Job Description
Sales Associate providing exceptional service and products to AAA members via phone. Working remotely from home in Utah with flexible scheduling and ongoing training opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legendary service to 100+ Member calls a day
- Proactively offer valuable AAA products and services to meet member needs while following policies and procedures
- Adhere to your assigned work schedule, including breaks and lunches
- Exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment
- Receive career-development and the opportunity to promote to other positions
Requirements:
- Excellent multitasking and computer skills; proficiency in written and verbal communication
- A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distraction
- A willingness to learn and the ability to actively listen and engage Members to overcome objections
- Must have the ability to directly connect to ISP via ethernet
- Minimum 25 MBPS download and minimum 5 MBPS upload.
- Schedule flexibility - our Call Center is open 8 AM - 10 PM (M-F) & 8 AM - 8 PM (weekends);
- Successful completion of criminal background screen
