Job Description

Sales Closer specializing in B2B sales for a recruiting solution addressing workforce shortages. Engage leads, close sales, and develop lasting client relationships in a high-performance environment.

Responsibilities:

  • You call cold and warm leads and identify needs
  • You conduct real sales conversations, not just meetings about meetings
  • You push deals to close – structured, smart, confident
  • You think proactively, ask questions, follow up – until the goal is reached
  • You work closely with the sales coach and leadership
  • You develop clients long-term through upgrades and upsells

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C – the main thing is you know how to close)
  • You are independent, self-directed and do not require micromanagement
  • You want not only to sell but also to grow
  • Experience in the recruiting space is a plus but not required
