Job Description

Sales Closer for high-value coaching and mentoring programs focusing on leadership with warm leads. Engaging in structured sales calls without cold calling.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 1:1 sales calls with qualified prospects (inbound and pre-qualified)
  • Conduct structured needs assessments, lead professional conversations, and close sales
  • Sell high-ticket coaching, training, and mentoring programs
  • Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM, including accurate documentation
  • Work closely with marketing and management to optimize closing rates
  • Improve and refine call scripts and closing processes

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally as a closer in the high-ticket segment
  • Confidence in consultative conversations with decision-makers and executives
  • Strong closing orientation while maintaining high conversation quality
  • Reliable, structured, and self-directed work style
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong command of language
  • Very good German (accent-free or business fluent); English is a plus
