Job Description
Sales Closer for high-value coaching and mentoring programs focusing on leadership with warm leads. Engaging in structured sales calls without cold calling.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 sales calls with qualified prospects (inbound and pre-qualified)
- Conduct structured needs assessments, lead professional conversations, and close sales
- Sell high-ticket coaching, training, and mentoring programs
- Maintain the sales pipeline in the CRM, including accurate documentation
- Work closely with marketing and management to optimize closing rates
- Improve and refine call scripts and closing processes
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally as a closer in the high-ticket segment
- Confidence in consultative conversations with decision-makers and executives
- Strong closing orientation while maintaining high conversation quality
- Reliable, structured, and self-directed work style
- Excellent communication skills and a strong command of language
- Very good German (accent-free or business fluent); English is a plus
