Job Description

Sales Coordinator focused on customer activation for Paubox, a remote-first B2B startup. Engaging newly signed customers to ensure effective implementation of secure communication solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer adoption by proactively reaching out to customer who have not yet implemented our solutions to drive urgency and engagement.
  • Craft and send personalized emails and conduct light follow-ups to encourage customers to take the next step.
  • Assist customers in getting booked on the implementation team’s calendar via scheduling links.
  • Identify and remove blockers such as timing issues, internal ownership confusion, or general questions about the next steps for customers.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and implementation teams to ensure a seamless handoff for scheduled onboarding sessions.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of outreach efforts and success rates to help us evaluate the effectiveness of this new activation motion.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal skills with a talent for professional "persistent-but-polite" follow-up.
  • A self-starter mindset focused on meeting booking targets and moving customers through the journey.
  • Ability to quickly learn the Paubox product suite and use modern scheduling and CRM tools.
  • The ability to understand a customer's specific situation and provide the right nudge to get them back on track.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule of 20–30 hours per week with significant overlap during US business hours.
  • Prior experience in a B2B SaaS environment, particularly in sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms for tracking outreach.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where you can help define and refine new processes.
