Job Description
Traveling Sales Director for senior living sales focusing on community occupancy growth and revenue generation. Supervising sales teams and driving marketing strategies for Brookdale communities.
Responsibilities:
- Generates high-volume recurring streams of new move-in revenue for assigned Brookdale communities
- Supervises and coaches the daily sales activities of at least two full-time associates onsite
- Drives rapid occupancy growth and prioritizes rate integrity
- Attends daily stand-up meetings and communicates current product information
- Partners with Director(s) of District Sales to develop and execute business plans
- Maintains a working knowledge of all relevant sales-specific software programs and Customer Relationship Management systems
- Motivates community associates to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales performance expectations
- Maintains current working knowledge of relevant competition in markets where assigned
- Provides accurate and timely move-in forecasts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Three to five years of sales experience, preferably in the retirement industry or medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads
- Additional years of related work experience may be substituted for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis up to four years
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel frequently as needed
