Job Description
Sales Director leading the Built Environment sales strategy for Origin Landscapes. Driving revenue growth and managing a high-performing sales team in the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sector sales strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Lead, develop, and manage the sector sales team to ensure high performance and engagement
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers
- Collaborate with marketing, category, and commercial teams to deliver an effective go-to-market strategy
- Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to ensure market competitiveness
- Own customer pricing strategy across all segments
- Lead engagement on key projects and strategic opportunities
- Oversee sales forecasting and contribute to the S&OP process
- Represent the business at industry events and external organisations
Requirements:
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and revenue generation
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to execute commercial plans
- Strong analytical and financial acumen
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting at senior level.
