Job Description

Sales Consultant responsible for driving sales and consulting for Chris Bloom Akademie. Fully remote in DACH region with a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • From day one, you're in the middle of it: You'll be part of our team and have a front-row seat for all sales topics.
  • Consulting expert: You independently conduct initial conversations, document them in our CRM, and enjoy helping people on their journey.
  • You're not afraid of contact: You enjoy calling people and are comfortable with initial outreach.
  • High degree of responsibility: You're a core member of a team, but you set your own working hours.
  • Conversations that matter: You provide genuine added value and make a significant contribution to topics that truly matter: self-love, HEARTset, and mindset.

Requirements:

  • A completed qualification as a customer advisor or sales consultant is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to follow existing processes.
  • Quick comprehension and strong discipline.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure.
  • A calm and pleasant speaking voice.
  • Excellent spoken Standard German and confident, error-free written German.
  • Prior knowledge of online marketing, coaching, consulting, etc., is a plus but not required.
