Job Description
Sales Enablement role bridging SLG with clients’ sales transformation through training and strategic implementation. Central contact ensuring action plans execution and materials delivery.
Responsibilities:
- The Sales Enablement professional will be the central point of contact between SLG and our clients, conducting follow-up meetings, ensuring the execution of action plans, and supporting the implementation of strategies to transform the client's commercial operation into a benchmark of success.
- Responsible for delivering supporting materials and conducting training on the commercial/sales process.
- Perform diagnostics of commercial operations, recommending improvements and new processes.
- Conduct weekly meetings with clients to ensure action plans are carried out.
- Provide ongoing sales technique training to the commercial teams of SLG clients.
- Develop supporting materials for sales teams, such as sales playbooks, prospecting cadences, and objection handling frameworks.
- Advise clients on budgeting for and selecting tools for CRM, messaging, and VoIP.
- Oversee the implementation of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Clint, Kommo, and others.
- Ensure client sales teams are aligned with sales best practices.
- Monitor the evolution of clients' sales team KPIs and provide strategic reports.
- Support recruitment and training of new sales teams when required.
- Actively participate in the company's internal management rituals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Strong command of sales processes, marketing strategies, and automation.
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Bitrix, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Clint, Kommo, and others) and conversational marketing platforms.
- Experience developing sales playbooks and commercial scripts.
- Familiarity with task and project organization tools such as ClickUp, Notion, and Trello.
- Ability to diagnose commercial operations and manage performance indicators (KPIs).
- Experience training commercial/sales teams.
- Experience in Sales Enablement — sales training and enablement.
- Good communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lead meetings and trainings.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with different teams.
- Desired qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience in commercial consulting or in commercial management roles.
- Knowledge of or experience in Sales Operations (Sales Ops).
- Experience participating in hiring processes for commercial positions.
