Job Description

B2C Sales Team Lead for an innovative EdTech company driving online sales in China. Building and mentoring a remote sales team, focusing on process optimization and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Sales Leadership.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth.
  • Take charge of growing our business in China.

Requirements:

  • Relevant B2C sales leadership work experience of 3+ years in remote distributed teams, preferably online sales.
  • Hands-on B2C sales experience.
  • Excellent understanding of online sales channels and digital marketing in the region.
  • Strong analytical skills to provide for data based decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and passion for using AI tools.
  • English and Chinese languages should both be not lower than C1 (both spoken and written).
