Job Description

Sales Manager responsible for managing client relationships and consultations remotely. Requires a degree and at least one year experience in sales in the German market.

Responsibilities:

  • You have at least one year of sales experience and can demonstrate proven closing rates.
  • You handle phone consultations with prospective new clients (no cold calling).
  • You conduct structured consultation calls via video following our clear guidelines.
  • You proactively reach out to prospects and conduct initial introductory meetings with potential clients.
  • You coordinate our freelancers, ensure smooth processes, and maintain efficient collaboration.
  • You can identify and overcome common objections and are experienced in professional objection handling.
  • You are responsible for our customer relationship management system (CRM) and build strong, long-term client relationships.
  • You analyze and report your sales KPIs monthly to your manager.

Requirements:

  • You hold a university degree, ideally in Business, Communications, Media, or a related field, or have an equivalent qualification.
  • You have at least one year of relevant professional experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
  • You can provide verifiable success in closing rates.
  • You enjoy client contact, are empathetic, an excellent communicator, and present yourself professionally.
  • You have excellent written German.
  • You are proficient with digital tools such as MS Office, CRM systems, and Zoom.
  • You work independently and in a structured way, and thrive in a dynamic remote team.
