Job Description

Sales Manager B2B at Vattenfall Real Estate Energy Sales engaging in renewable energy sales. Focused on customer acquisition and relationship management in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities:

  • You acquire new business customers and build your own client portfolio
  • You proactively approach potential customers and win them over for Vattenfall
  • You prepare and manage proposals and tenders through to successful contract conclusion
  • You build long-term customer relationships through competent advice and trust
  • You represent Vattenfall at events and actively use your network
  • You act as an ambassador for sustainable energy supply and help shape the energy transition

Requirements:

  • You are a passionate sales professional with true team spirit.
  • Customer contact comes naturally to you — you communicate openly, empathically, and with a clear focus on your customers' needs.
  • Your sales skills and closing ability are based on strong business acumen and a confident presence.
  • You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented way — and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
  • You are self-motivated and proactive — you take initiative rather than wait.
  • Experience in direct sales is a plus — but newcomers and career changers with a passion for sales are also very welcome.
  • Ideally you hold a qualification at the level of a Fachwirt (advanced professional qualification) or an equivalent credential.
