Job Description

Sales Manager leading a diverse team to achieve revenue targets for Medline in Belgium. Responsible for strategic planning and team development in the healthcare market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and manage a team of sales and clinical sales representatives.
  • Hire and retain talent to work in high-performing teams
  • Continuously provide your team with timely, candid and constructive performance feedback
  • Coach and develop team members to their fullest potential and provide opportunities that enhance employee career growth
  • Recognise and reward employees for their accomplishments
  • Strategically plan, implement and control measures to achieve the sales plan.
  • Achieve sales growth objectives and sales targets for new customers with promo products.
  • Manage Account Managers and Clinical Sales in the region.
  • Ensure that CRM is up to date and account plans are in place and executed.
  • Take responsibility for developing new and innovative ways to attract sales leads.
  • Build sustainable relationships with potential high-value/strategic customers.
  • Take responsibility for effective margin management through smart pricing.
  • Implement campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management/key account management, preferably in the healthcare Industry
  • Excellent coaching skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Strong analytical skills and high business acumen
  • Proficient in English and French and/or Dutch
  • Driving license
  • Available to approximately of 50% travel
